1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at: info@aprondiary.com
Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
- If the product was part of a discounted bundle, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
- Re-Stocking Fee of 10% may be applied, which is deducted from the refund amount.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number, and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
